WHAT IS AN INVESTOR THINKING ABOUT?
The security of invested funds is guaranteed by the property of CONARS INVEST - all property acquired for the implementation of the project is owned and the alienation of such property is impossible without separate approval for each issue.
The deadlines for the execution of the Investment Agreement do not change after signing by all parties and the return of funds is carried out at any time at the request of the Investor with recalculation of interest (specified in the agreement).
CONARS INVEST does not offer high interest rates on deposits. We are based on our own experience and each percentage is negotiated for each individual project, and depends on the size of the investment and the timing of the investment. Income amounts are negotiated after payment of all taxes and fees.
Investment agreements are drawn up in two languages: Spanish and, if necessary, in a second language of the Investor’s choice. At the Investor's first request, step-by-step reports on the implementation of the project are provided and CONARS INVEST specialists provide clarification on all emerging issues.
Contracts concluded with project performers are drawn up in such a way that responsibility arises with the direct performers: a) Architectural bureau; b) Insurance company (required by law); c) Quality control company (required by law, interacts with the insurance company); d) Construction company.
